From the day I walked in, you couldn’t have made it any easier for me. You picked up my car and I was kept up to date. I relied on a recommendation and I’m glad I did. Now I can also recommend! Made me feel comfortable knowing that if something doesn’t feel right after driving the car that I could come back. I was told “only you know how your car feels”. Very reassuring!

I parked around the corner when I dropped off my Hyundai because I could not park in front where SIGNS told me to NOT block the driveways. FIVE minutes later I was written up by a rent-a-cop to the tune of $90.00 for improper parking zone...commercial vehicle only. PUT up signs warning your customers that you park at your own risk even though it's exactly where I picked up my Enterprise rent-a-car. Not real happy about that!!!

I need to return Monday to remedy a problem with the wrong tire being placed on the car. There were a number of other issues that were handled the day I picked up my car. While I am glad the men at Gabriel's moved quickly and professionally toward remedying the many issues, I am a little disappointed in the quality of the work for a car that was allegedly complete.

Very happy with the work, everyone I spoke to was professional and took pride in what they were doing. Will recommend. Only I have was communication about when the work would be finished. I never received any phone calls that was told to expect. Also, text messages would come at wrong times. One said my car was almost finished 2 Days before it was. The final one to confirm my pick up came a day after I had already picked it up.
