I was very disappointed with Gabriel's auto body shop in Brooklyn. First, I requested a quote and to fix minor repairs on my own, outside the insurance companies inclusion. Not only did they not quite me or fix the vehicle, they completely ignored my request, and when confronted with this, their response was that they were busy (I guess too busy to even get back to me, a valued customer).
Secondly, I called an hour before I was to pick up the vehicle, letting them know that they can begin washing the car, so that I don't have to wait around once I got there. Not only did they not have the car washed, they didn't even begin washing it!! I had to wait fifty (50) minutes for them to retrieve the car, and then wash it! Very disappointed with their service.
