Just way too slow for a place that suppose to be express service. The team did well I think so I don't want to blame it on them I blame it on Geico for telling me to use this location and not given me a good explanation on how long a repair would take however it did my cat did sit on the lot for two weeks with all the parts order or someone taking the wheel off to just get the estimate correct. Last I 2 weeks txt telling me that my car was complete but never was. I would never refer them sad to say.

I was lied to. I was told the repair would take less than 24 hours. In reality, your shop took six days including a weekend to do the job. This is shady business and i will never give the time of day to your business again. Furthermore i will never refer anyone either and will go out of my way to deter people from going to you too.

When I got my car back on Friday May 6, 2016. I tried to open my back hatch ( which is why is needed repair, to to a rear-ending collision ) my key fab would not work, it pops open but then I can't open it completely or shut it! Not sure why this happened, but I called Annie and she was very accomadating, except for I have no time to get my car back to Kister Ford to get it repaired again :(
