Casey was great and really thorough. Repairs look great! You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. I was so pleased they cleaned up the inside of my vehicle as well. My only complaint is that it took several days to complete, even though I was first told it would take about 3. I’m not sure if that’s because parts needed to be ordered, but if that was the case I would have liked to have my car to drive until they came in. Overall though I would recommend Service King to friends. The woman at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful.

Overall it was a good experience. The work was completed ahead of schedule and my car was nice and clean when I picked it up! There was a little hiccup in the beginning of the process where I had to request a copy of the estimate, which wasn’t initially provided with the paperwork I was asked to to authorize the work to begin. But again, otherwise all went well!

my check engine light was on picking up my vehicle. they did reset that. my turn signals in the front do not work now, they did when i brought it in. my air filter housing was not properly secured. with my busy schedule, it is hard for me to keep going to the shop to have the things checked out so i still do not have front turn signals. visually the car looks great, i'm very pleased with the paint
