We were happy with the end result. A couple of frustrations were dealing with Tim. He was very vague explaining the repair process. Also when we picked up our car we noticed the bottom panel was popped out. Turned out the wrong clips were used to hold it in place. Why it was pulled off for the repairs was strange.

The service was great, the detail work was amazing, and even the constant updates were helpful. My only suggestion would be to be more accurate on the updates. My insurance ga e me a quote of 4-5 days and it took 2 weeks to complete. Also, there was several hiccups along the way the delayed the process. I paid privately for a car rental so it was more than I was expecting.
Overall though, my car looks amazing and the staff was really friendly. I would just work on ensuring a correct timeframe.
