Trunk was a mess w/o cargo net attached. Inside the Car had a strong smell like paint. I've aired it out several times and it's just now beginning to subside. The process itself was good and staff wanted to make everything right. I'd probably do it again as it's so convenient!

Just about everything was exceptional. However the only thing I can complain about thus far is about all the dust inside my car. And, I had to call to see if my car was actually ready according to all the texts I had received. Tuesday, after I picked up my car Saturday, I received a text saying it was ready for pickup.

Can someone please call me from my 2017 event. There is something in my back passenger side door. I called in several times, but I've always had to go to the West Coast for family emergencies. I called Monday of this week and talked to Laura or Laurita. I thought it be fixed but it not. BTW, I love what y'all have done, but I'm at work when. How can we resolve the 2017 issue.

The repairs looked fine but the inside of the car was very dusty and dirty. The seats were very dusty. I don’t know how the inside of the car got dirty if the job was on the outside. And there was a knick on the inside of my door that wasn’t there before.
