When we arrived to pick up our vehicle, the windshield was damaged. 24 hours later and my windshield still has not been repaired nor have arrangements been made to have it repaired. I was told the owner would comtact us yesterday and we have yet to hear from him/her.

My F250 was repaired in your shop, im fine with that ,but my truck was washed by one of your employees or the shop due to the truck being dirty, now I have swirls marks all over the trucks paint (the employee who attended me wensday night mention to me about the swirls, he insisted for me to take it to a detail place so it could get buffed to remove the swirls “took me almost three hours to wash it” he said.)the truck is brand new for it to have swirls on the paint due to someone who was inpatient to wash the truck seems like they grabbed a rag and went to town to clean it quick without removing the dirt/mud. I’ve always taken my truck to a hand wash professional for that reason i pay top dollar for its wash and now I got swirls for a wash I didn’t ask for might of been a courtesy wash but I would’ve left it alone if it was going to look like that it looks worser when the sun hits it since it’s a black truck. Why should I pay out of my pocket to get this fixed? When my truck didn’t have that prior to dropping it off your shop
