Excellent job, the repair looks great - one piece of feedback: I specifically asked for you to make sure and have all the parts before I drop off my vehicle since I was in a rental. I was told it was no problem, but then it took about an additional week after dropping off my car before work could even be started. Given that I was paying for a rental that was very frustrating.

It was well organized and easy. The communication was concise, cordial and clear. Communication and updates were excellent. The main gentleman that helped me had a military background. I appreciated how he made it very clear that if there were any issues with the work, contact him directly and he would immediately correct it. He radiated integrity. It was really refreshing. The area of the car that was damaged looked great. You would never be able to tell that there was damage. ABRA is a winning team. Excellent experience.

My TLX was damaged in the front, and needed the hood replaced. It took 3 weeks for the job, primarily because the shop cycled though 4 different hoods that abra sourced through it suppliers - each hood apparently came damaged. It costed me an extra ****.5 weeks in travel costs because I didnt have my car back as per original estimate. The coordinator was great with all the updates, but one would imagine that the customer (me) shouldn't suffer of the same mistake 4 times.
