Updates on the truck we're nice to have. The truck took a week to fix because of bumpers coming in damaged. And the rental car's insurance cost me $200.00 above my $500.00 deductable! Not happy about that, but I am happy about the customer service I received and I am happy about the way my truck looks.

I haven’t picked up my truck yet. i went to pick up my truck yesterday and the work that was done to it was terrible craftsmanship. The paint was dull and there were holes in the paint. I pay my insurance company good money and I’m not going to accept work that isn’t the best. From the secomd the On site Geico adjuster greeted me to when i went to hopefully pick it up i had a bad feeling about you guys. The Abra representative was very nice and responsive )Kenneth) also very understanding but otherwise the process is terrible.
