I was blown away by the high level of customer service and care I received from Abra. Staff was friendly and efficient without being in a hurry and I felt very well taken care of. I don't recommend ever getting in an accident, but if you do or you need car repair for any reason, I can't rate Abra high enough. On a scale of ****-10, they are an 11.

There was a horrible smell in the car after repair, most likely from a cleaning product. I am not sure how to get the smell out. I have asthma and have to habe windows down to breathe. Suggest cars are aired out before returning to owner. Not sure how long fumes will last.
