Bruce Holeman was quite friendly and customer service oriented during drop-off. It was frustrating hearing that the vendor made statements to the repair shop that parts would be delivered on day x, then day y and ultimately arrived on day z. This kept me thinking the vehicle repairs would be completed sooner. I recognize relying on a third party has variables. The daily updates from the csr were appreciated.
I feel that the repairs were a quality job. Thank you to all who were involved!
