The only thing I would say I would improve on would be more updates on the repairs of my car. No one called me once after I dropped off the car even though I was told I would receive updates by phone calls as well as automated text messages. I had to call them to schedule a pick up time once I received an automated text message alerting me the car was ready. I just wish there had been better communication. The car looks great though.

Megan was very detailed and professional by frequent updates and going through all repairs when I picked up my car. I left my garage remote in my rental and she went over and beyond by calling me back to tell me that she will have it back at abra when I bring back my car for a missing part.
