The side mirror replacement looks great. I was unhappy with Lisa, who left me hanging with the time estimate. It could be an hour or more. Therefore, I took a rental car & called in shortly thereafter for a time estimate. She c/b & said that another part was needed & they needed the car for 2 days while it was being shipped in. Or I could take it as is until then. I wasn’t giving up my car for it to sit there for 2 days. I asked when it would be ready to p/u & she said possibly late in the day & would call me soon. I live an hour away & had work to do back that way. So, I called in after not hearing back & Harry was great & found out exactly when it would be done & that I could come back right then. Whatever part is coming, they said it could be popped into the newly installed mirror when it arrives. So, why was I told 2 days to leave my car there? I stood at the counter waiting to pay while Lisa carried on a lengthy conversation w/the car rental lady that brought me back. Then she slid the paper work that she had been holding onto over to me. Even the car rental lady said that they have issues with ABRA. After my part comes & is installed, I will not go back. Front desk Zinnia is wonderful.
