The people are friendly and the body work was great. I only had one issue- I was self pay due to the fact that my car was hit by a bus. I got an estimate from JRs, and submitted that to the bus company, and signed paperwork with the bus company that we were settled after receiving the check from the bus company. While my car was at JRs, I received a call from my estimator that it was quoted incorrectly and it would cost an extra $150 dollars. Because I had signed the paperwork releasing the bus company, this was money out of my pocket that I was unable to request from the bus company.
