From the start Kathy, Wendy and Shea were very helpful and very friendly. Their dealings with the insurance company and the rental car company made my experience that much easier. My original estimate was for 2 days worth of work,I was called 3 maybe 4 times to be updated on the work. I received my car 37 days after it was dropped off. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I will not recommend this body shop to anyone.
