The repairs were not done in a timely manner that I was told they would be I have a9 o'clock appointment and had no vehicle until almost 4 I asked 3 times not to attach a trailer connection to the bumper and and new holes were drilled in the new bumper and the old connection was attached not the best service that I've had at an auto body shop
