When I try to lock my car, beep noise come up for some time, the door open signal keeps showing up, the door can not lbe ocked. I have to go back to spend more time. I trust Toyota and select you as my car accident repair, which is not my insurance company recommended. After I have give you for almost three weeks, make me still worried about car safety and lost of power.

The team at Don Mcgill had done a great job fixing the damage to the rear of our Honda Odyssey. Initially though, the first and second attempt at the repair left a lot to be desired. I am by no means a perfectionist and can partially understand their reasons (I.e. Working with the insurance adjuster's estimates and work orders) although it was a bit alarming to see that Don McGill would have attempted to hand over our vehicle considering the quality of their first 2 attempts was at best, extremely rough, even to an untrained eye. I had excellent service with the front of he shop and by no means am I claiming that the body shop isn't first rate. After the issues were hammered out with my Geico claims rep (after the 2nd time we refused to take delivery of our van) and the factory parts which were necessary for the job to be done correctly we're ordered and installed (on the 3rd attempt) the van had turned out excellent. The team at Don McGill were very supportive and professional, except it was very disturbing to see that they would have considered the first 2 attempts satisfactory considering the reputation which Don McGill has as a top notch shop in the Houston market. Again, customer service was not lacking, the team was very supportive and accommodating...just the above mentioned issues left a bad impression with me.

Paint has wavy appearance and should have been fixed before I picked it up and qas told it was ready. Geico rep saw the same thing but not sure why it wasnt addressed in ad advance of it was obvious.

GEICO rep was awful. Plus when I finally went to pick up my car for the second time it still wasn't complete. There were oil stains on the car and it needed buffing. I expected more from the Toyota Dealership.

All the repair work was super, from the notification to Geico all the way through to returning the rental. Then opening my door and SEEING AND SMELLING that my car had been thoroughly cleaned - that was the GRANDEST !! As a Veteran and finding myself disabled, keeping my Granddaughter weekdays, keeping my car clean has become a major ordeal. So I truly appreciate your detail in that matter- as you have allowed me to be grateful again for what I have and can do rather than focusing on what I don't have and can no longer do. Thank you from the heart. My Granddaughter even noticed and says she will be more careful to help me keep it clean now as well! She is just 5, but that meant a lot to her as well - to see that it can look and feel and even smell NICE! God Bless you all, and always do what's right. That's what sets you apart.

They did not replace the trailer hitch wiring harness connection and bracket. It is exactly the way it was after accident. I have to bring truck back again to have it replaced. Should have been taken care with rest of repairs. The other replacements (repairs)were completed meeting my expectations. Thank you
