My car was in the shop for 22 Days for a 4 day repair. I had to make numerous follow up communications to make sure my vehicle was being worked on. I needed to have my vehicle back by 02/13/18 and this did not happen (I dropped my car off on 01/25/18). When this did not happen my husband spoke with General Manager Chris and he agreed to cover the cost of the rental for our out of town trip since my vehicle was not done on time. I spoke with Tyson when I picked up my car and he let me know he was the new Customer Service Manager. He apologized for the poor communication and delay in getting my vehicle repaired.

This morning while driving on the highway, I noticed that my car was pulling to the right, which was not a problem previously. I also noticed that my car started to shake slightly when I drove over 60 mph, which also has never been an issue.

From the moment I walked I the front door it felt good. The receptionist was very welcoming and made me feel right at ease. This place was the choice of the insurance company of the person that hit my truck (USAA they were awesome too!) The staff at Abra was wonderful. The employee that handled my experience was very cool and kept me updated the whole time. The repair so far looks great. I just picked it up today but every thing looks good so far. I really liked the Abra staff and I am not easy to please most times. 10 of 10 in my book.
