The work was some well. I appreciated that they took me back to show me what they were going to do and called me each time they had an update. The text messages didn't seem to have any useful info so i would opt out of that next time. It seemed a bit expensive but I did not shop around so I have no point of reference. Still glad you did the work and willing to pay more for great service and product.

Excellent customer service! Abra provided incredibly fast service and went above and beyond to fix issues related to another car claim we weren't planning on servicing at this time for financial reasons. They painted and unbent a section of my car beyond the scope of work I asked for. When I arrived without them planning on me (the scheduling through Geico didn't get fully set up) they quickly admitted our car and ensured a rental car was sent over. Very well taken care of. I would refer this shop to others in need to body work.
