Super friendly staff! I was pleased my reservation for a rental car was already taken care of and the cost for rental deposit was covered too! I was able to get a decent sized rental car to fit my kids and their car seats, and even had help by the Geico gal who held my **** year old son while I moved his car seat from my car to the rental! So helpful! The repair only took one day, versus the 2-3 they initially told me, which would have been fine anyways, but it was even better to have it quicker than they said to plan on. My car was fixed up just perfectly and even cleaned inside and out! Extra bonus? I told them about some concerns I had about a rattle I could hear from the back when driving 75 mph, (nothing to do with the insurance covered repair) and they fixed that for me too, no extra charge! (It was just a couple of bolts missing on the license plate, but still... So awesome and thoughtful!) Wonderful awesome service! Will go there again if I ever need a repair and will definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you!!!
