I waited a bit longer waiting on GEICO to decide on a certain damaged portion of my car. They ultimately decided I needed to make a seperate claim for it. It was honestly no big deal waiting a few days extra. The team i dealt with were super polite and helpful, the receptionist was always on call, the rental rep was on point. I was totally happy coming to Abra for my repairs.
