It would have been nice to get a little more notice of when I was going to get to pick it up. I was called late afternoon so couldn’t get it picked up and then already had Thursday all booked so couldn’t drop off rental. I ended up having to come out of pocket for a day rental. I think that my car repairs could and should have been completed by the promissed time.
I wasn't told about the delay until the day when it was promised to be completed.
Consequently, I suffered considerable last minute preparation changes for a trip my wife and I had planned months earlier.
Also, we had to use our daughter's car for the 3 day trip, which left her without transportation.
