I received little to no update on my car throughout it being repaired even after it took 37 days despite the initial quote time being 12 days. I also received no follow up after contacting the shop stating I felt there was an issue with my rear view mirror after repair was complete and was responsible for my rental payments for two days despite telling the shop I was going out of town and them calling me to tell me it would be ready two days early after having already left and then assuring me the rental “would be taken care of”

I still can’t understand why when I bought this truck from you guys in mid Nov 21 and then feb2, 22 when I was hit sitting at a red light and then after driving the truck for another month and me emailing and calling Allstate from the first week of the wreck telling them there was something wrong with my truck which was the transmission and still having to drive it till I The transmission was slipping so bad it wouldn’t pull out the driveway and only after I told them I was going to get a lawyer did they get me a resent a truck and they asked me where did I want my truck to go and I said back to Gwartney where I had just purchased this truck 2.5 months earlier when the body shop called I told them all of this and Allstate had it sent to auto repair side and again help me understand my would the place after being told I had to drive it for my company that I own why when the auto side looked st my transmission why would they say that the transmission in the truck I just bought from them was shot not because of the accident but by misuse hauling something way to heavy for the truck and just hard on it by overloading the truck . Someone help me understand and at the time I hadn’t hauled anything much less a trailer that was overloaded ? As far as the auto body part there’s a young lady up there named Amy who I had also told my issues I was dealing with from the insurance not returning my calls or emails for a month and I had told her all about the transmission and having to drive it till it gave out but what I don’t understand is why she would t have spoke up and said something when she found out what was said by the same folks that had looked my truck over and sold it to me 2 and half months earlier all so after I had to pay out of my pocket for a new transmission she called me and ask me was I ready to get start with the body work I mean what kind of question is that I surely didn’t want to keep riding around in the truck that was have the size as my truck I said yes please then a week later she called and ask me the same thing and I emailed her back after talking to her and told her to please start on my truck to make sure I had got my point across that I wanted it fixed but the next day the Allstate guy called and told me he had called this morning to the body shop and they had told him I had said not to start work on my the day before on which I sent him the email I had sent to Amy and he said he was fixing to have a investigation started on the matter . Now as from as the work done Allstate was charged for a new Chevy emblem to be put back on my truck and it is my old one it still has a big scratch in it and when you look at the driver side you can see the orange pill and as far as the passager side there was a couple dents in it from the wreck and one was on top of a dent that was in it when I bought it and we all know know the insurance companies are trying to not pay nothing but the dealership I feel didn’t even try next to writing it up in a quote . You guys had just sold me the truck you could have looked at the pics of the truck and see one wasn’t there and the other was different . Now when they got the truck to you guys at the body shop the shop Manger I would have to look up his man but he just left there a few months back I guess right after you guys got my truck in there but he said man your transmission is shot and I said I know I had to go as far after a month of response from all state to call a local Alstate location and tell them my truck won’t make it out the driveway and your adjuster won’t return anything I send for him but at 5 this afternoon I’m Getting a lawyer if he doesn’t return . Now he called and ask where did I want my truck to go and I said to your place now he says ok well I guess we will just make it work with out the transmission and I said gg

I requested twice at least to have the right elec running board checked because it was making grinding sound when activated. The noise was just below the damaged door which was repaired fine. Noise could not be missed anytime a door was opened on the suv. I paid to have the stripped actuator replaced.

Had to bring back for loose radiator. Headlights still need adjusting paint has swirls windshield wiper won't quirt in the front. All was working before the wreck. Haven't brought it back because I don't feel it will get fixed.
