I had to bring the car back several times to be fixed. Blamed that every car had different body panels on it. I didn’t buy another car in the lot I bought my car. And it was not fixed to my standards. The communication was not there I shouldn’t have had to go back and forth myself with two very small children. And I get text messages about my car repair status, when I am driving the car. Overall very disappointed in the customer service and will not be bringing my car back. When I originally made the appointment I brought the car in and they had canceled my appointment and did not inform me. The rental they gave me was not comparable to the car I purchased.

It was a long 4 months without my vehicle. I picked my van up to diagnose the problems my vehicle was having myself. I was without ac for over 2 weeks after it went out not even 24hrs of having my vehicle in my possession to only have one problem after the next. Just about every repair that chevy palm did honda of ocala had to redo and address the issue. My vehicle had parts replaced that chevy had put in that where clearly from a junk yard and not working properly. I was very much taken advantage of and I would never recommend their service. Horrible experience.if someone would like to reach out I would gladly elaborate more.
