Repair was not completed. Dashboard looks like Christmas tree, airbag, breaking, tire pressure sensors are all off. You can’t able to drive since airbag cannot deployed if something happens. They didn’t tell anything about it and hand you car without informing you any issue and charge insurance about high price (i.e more than 7k) and it was not major accident. It is ripped off service…….. Never use them for any service

Poor communication. No one ever told me how much the repair would cost. I never saw an update status on the truck till it was ready to pick up after 5 to 6 weeks. And State Farm was even worse in communicating to me. But other than that Palm did a beautiful repair job.
