Small paint runs on my new bumper not a huge deal and will need to have that fixed just cant afford to have my vehicle down anymore right now. And the communication while my vehicle was in your possession needs work. I was told three weeks on a row next week next week next week and it ended up being almost 2 months and I understand that u guys don't work weekends so some of that time was dead anyway but It legitimately felt like because my insurance wasnt paying what others do my car was not prioritized for example my sister hit a deer in her Kia soul and had much worse damage than I did and you guys got it back to her in a week because she has in network insurance thats unfair to us customers because we dont choose what price they are paying I appreciate the loaner car to assist when our rental coverage ran out but that should have never been necessary we understand things happen but we had to spend almost 1500 in dead money because of how long the repairs took that's unfair and unacceptable im upset but im forgiving as well but the way our situation was handled felt like a slap in the face and yall were recommended to us now that person feels like its their fault for sending me to you so you got a previously happy customer and a new not happy customer very unhappy with the time frame and that should concern any business owner. Other than the small paint runs the work is fantastic and I appreciate you cleaning my car out you didn't have to do that but it baught back brownie points for sure ....all in all it was an okay experience but better transparency and communication is a must in the future thank you for you help regardless.

The repair was great! Your estimating department was not! I have been a mechanic, and owned my own construction company for years. Never have I doubled an estimate and charged a customer. If estimating is your job learn your job!

I appreciated the communication and great service I received! It was refreshing that when I walked in the door I was greeted by name and my paperwork was always ready to go.

By far and away an excellent experience. I needed a repair on my bumper, and I believe this is the only time a shop has beaten their own timeline - Twice! Arianne made all the paperwork, check-in, and checkout easy while keeping me constantly updated on the status of my car. Additionally, the customer service is second to none. On pickup (a day or two early!) I had a flight and needed to be at the airport at 4 after a meeting at 3. The car was supposed to be done at 3-3:30. I let Arianne know and she worked with the techs to get my car done by 2 (actually 150 or so!), so that I didn't have to pay for my rental for 4 extra days. Truly incredible work. Ron and the Techs did an amazing job. I can't even tell I have a new bumper, and when they found more unseen damage while replacing the bumper, they let me know and fixed it quickly and effectively. This was a great experience for what could've been an awful hassle.

As a prior customer to Emerald Coast Collision Repair I had a notion I would have a super repair done on my Honda Black Edition Ridgeline. First off I want to thank Miss Hope for her one on one assistance, next is Miss Arianne who is a go getter full of positive energy, and Miss Emma and Eric deserve a high five for very good customer focus. I was more than satisfied with my repair. The estimate process was easy and the staff was extremely knowledgeable. They took my safety very seriously. It was very appreciated! The communication during the repair process was unbelievable! I was updated at every step and was blown away at how good the communication was! Best experience I’ve ever had with any repair service. From the office’s welcoming appearance to the helpful staff and the efficiency and outcome of the repair itself. I was a victim of an accident in which the other insurance company gave me options for repair service. Glad I pick so well. I will recommend and use Emerald coast in the future for sure.
