The last problem I had was about my battery and the warning light being on in my Subaru ! The manager said if I could prove it was from the accident , they would pay !! They had my insurance pay ! I did all the work by taking my car to Subaru to get checked out . It was determined it was accident related . But I am out 77$ for a bulb and 67$ for a battery that worked fine before and after accident !! I should not have to prove anything . The warning lights were not on before or after accident ! They made changes to my car , that caused all the extra charges !

After we pick it up we realize There was a scratch around gear box on dash board. We took it back same day and they did not accepted they did it. Manager was rude and ask us to prove that it happened while it was at the shop. There was no way for me to prove that. He did not do anything about it. It was not a good experience at all.
