Communication was the worst ever. Two day estimate, brought in first thing Wednesday morning, at 3 on Friday hasn't heard anything. I called and they told me it wouldn't get done until Tuesday or Wednesday. Tuesday comes and no phone call. I call at 4:45 to learn it should be finished the following day.
A two day estimate turned into 7. Car sat for says waiting for Dent Wizard.
All the while I got three phone calls from Enterprise along how my rental was and if I had and needs. That's customer service!
