I'll say this, the shop kept you up to date on the repair of my vehicle. The office staff, specifically Melissa was great with her communication and her overall presence. The shop manager has to be an Awesome guy, saved me some money on my deductible which was definitely appreciates after a very unfortunate set of circumstances for me and my family.
