When I called on the phone initially after I dropped my car off they said it would be done on Friday. So 7 pass and it is Friday, so I call the shop just to make sure it’s okay for me to come pick up my car. Steve the estimator then said they had a problem with the bumper that arrived and it will not be done until Wednesday. Thats fine not a big deal it happens. So I call on Wednesday before leaving to get my car and what do I know it won’t be done until Friday. Alright, so Friday rolls around and guess again still not complete. Now it’s monday. Call monday and now it’s tuesday. The main issue here is that I was never told about any delays or problems that came up. I was always the one to make the call to the shop. If I just showed up to pick up my instead of verifying with beforehand I would of been stuck. The other thing that bothered me was that Steve was lying to me. The only reason I know this is because I talked to Ron directly on the Monday and Tuesday before I got my car back. Steve told me my car was in paint and almost ready on a way earlier date and that multiple bumpers came in damaged. When I talked to Ron he told me **** came in damaged and that my car was mever in paint until the last few days. I don’t ever leave reviews about places if the service is bad but I will definitely be leaving a review for this shop.

Just pickup the car today, the repair work is excellent. I will drive it for a few days and then give you my final opinion. So far excellent work.

Steve and Ron were very helpful and quick estimating and completing the work on my vehicle. The shop beat the time estimate by a day and a half allowing me to get my SUV back before a snow storm. Communication with Steve was awesome, both calling and texting me. Highly recommended.
