If delay is anticipated, kindly communicate before 3pm... Also multiple delivery delays does not reflect very well on your estimation process.

Every interaction I had with body shop personnel and the adjuster was very professional and courteous. However, it was raining when I picked up my car so I wasn't able to inspect the repair. When I did run my fingers over the area that had been repaired and painted, I felt at least one very noticeable piece of particulate in the paint surface. I haven't had a chance to inspect the rest of the bumper.
