They were the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with before in my life. I am beyond dissatisfied; I am livid! I can promise you that because of the service I received and the rudeness of the employees here I will never be a return customer to any of your businesses, including the car dealerships. My whole family bought our toyotas at Ray Brandt Toyota, so I figured having my corolla repaired by ray brandt would be my best and most convenient option, but I was so wrong and I completely 100% regret doing business here. The experience has left such a bad taste in my mouth that I will never support another ray brandt business. If you can not repair a car properly then you do not need to own and operate a collision center. When my car was returned to me, it looked great from afar. However, up close there were many mistakes that even a novice should not make. On the front bumper, that instead of it being replaced with a new part was replaced with a reconditioned bumper, and whoever painted and sanded the bumper, sanded it too much so the paint cracked and there were two hand smudges in the paint. Apparently they did not let it dry. The front fender did not line up with the rest of the car and the passenger side of the fender had a gauge in it. According to your repairmen that was already there and even though I have pictures to prove it wasn't, they then insisted it must have happened sometime when I left yesterday. On top of all of this the back fender was also not aligned. I would not be as disgusted with the job if they would have owned up to their mistakes and just fixed them. But this is not what happened instead they blamed me, the customer, for their mistakes, and then insultingly asked my father, who is a very respectable man, to leave their shop! I am disgusted and disappointed in your service and will never be back. I will also make it a point to make others aware of your horrific repairs and customer service. Hopefully you will read this, take my complaints seriously and do something to change your staffs behavior to the customers, as well as improve the work they do! I have never had service from a repair shop like I received from Ray Brandt. I received updates constantly. The work was fantastic. AND I was shocked to see that my car was cleaned inside and out when I received it AHEAD of schedule. My experience was fantastic. I will recommend you to everyone.
