We would have preferred the estimator to be more thorough and recognize the possible delays of working on the brand of vehicle we brought in. We had car rental charges for 20 days and used their loaner for another 6 days...
This all could have easily been avoided with knowledge on the estimate and them taking the time to find out the part was not available in the states and needed to be ordered from Europe. Our car was driveable and we could've just waited to bring in our car when the part arrived.

This was the second car we have brought to Car Star. One for a deer collision and one got hit while parked in a parking lot. Both were done well, on time and clean. This last time when the insurance companies rental car company left me stranded Car Star stepped up and got them to approve the car through them. I didn't even have to make a call.
