external and internal thermometer was not fixed. as a result, cannot regulate heat/AC with cabin of car where I have climate control. It gets so hot that I have to shut off the heat/AC. digital outside temperature display shows -41 degrees. I contacted the branch about 3pm today. Gal said Kyle was on phone call and that she'd have him call me soon after. I have not heard back.
