This is my second experience with Professional Collision and they have earned my return business. I have used 3 other shops in the Mobile area and none of them come close! Both times my car was finished days ahead of schedule, work was completed to the utmost of my satisfaction, and my car was detailed inside and out! Other shops in the past have lagged way behind, missed things on the initial claim failing to fix the vehicle entirely, and left my car trashed with dirty fingerprints in the interior and overspray on the windshields. They don’t even come close the the customer experience I’ve had with Professional Collision!

We received updates throughout the time the vehicle was being prepared. We were never left wondering the status of completion or whether or not we should call to check-in. The staff at the location were friendly and helpful. There is no indication the vehicle was ever damaged. The work was finished before expected in a more than reasonable amount of time. Even after picking up our vehicle after completion, we received additional follow-ups to ensure our experience was a good one. They do great work and make the experience stress-free.

My truck looks worse than when I brought it in for repairs. It looks like whoever performed the work doesn’t take any pride in what they do. I am still extremely upset about the situation, so I am going to refrain from rambling on about the LACK of quality work I received. Please note that I’ve contacted USAA and made them aware of the situation.
