I appreciated the fact that I received multiple weekly updates of the status of my car repairs. I have had work before due to claims and never received updates unless I called to get them. They had a prepared start and finish date and everything ran super smooth and as scheduled! I feel I made the best choice in this service center!

Mike was absolutely amazing!!! I came in and got a quote so quickly. He walked me through the entire process as I was dealing with insurance for the first time. He did such amazing work on my car and got it done when he said he would. Everyone there was so nice and communicated so well, but Mike went above and beyond calling me with updates without me needing to reach out. When I picked up my car he walked out there and showed me everything. Very proud of the work he did and I was greatly pleased as well!! Looked better than when I first got the car!! I kept saying thank you and how it was one of the happiest days and he said, “This interaction and your happiness is why I do my job.” Well sir, JOB WELL DONE!!! Amazing amazing staff all of them from receptionist to Mike and all the workers with kind smiles!
