The headlight was fix appropriately. However the gentleman that we had to deal with was in my opinion incompetent. There was an insurance paper issue from day one and instead of offering to call the insurance company while my husband was there, he had him leave. I had to call the insurance company and then call the body shop and then call my husband only to tell him he had to go back to the body shop. Seriously, that all could have been done there in under 20 mins. Then when we went to pick up the car, the paperwork was not in order I stood around for 30 mins waiting only to find out that what I took care of on the phone with the insurance company on day one Wayne at the body shop didn't follow up on and take care of. To tell the truth I have seen monkeys playing with a football that was more organized. We will NOT be using you again.

I really like how you keep ed me updated on how far along you was with my car and the different stages had been completed and what the next one was and that the date you had set for completion was still a go and I didn't have to call an feel like I'm bugging them to find out if everything was getting done without any delays that was great and then they had a area they could do a much better fix on than what was just required for what I thought was a very reasonable price and they didn't have to offer me another option which I took kind of like up Sale, but without being push into it i felt in control so I would say yes to letting all my friends know how great my experience was.
