The entire team at Universal Autobody was an absolute pleasure to work with. The customer service was outstanding, Andre made sure I was constantly keep in the loop. I always felt that my needs and service was put at the forefront.
My only suggestion for improvement would be the email notifications. While the idea is an excellent one, the execution needs to be improved upon. There were rarely personalized notes including documentation of progress on the car and estimates of completion were never correct, many times not being updated until the estimate had passed. But I believe the implementation of this process should absoultely be polished and put into action.
