All repairs were completed and the vehicle looks better than new. My insurance changed the repair to patch the fender instead of replace the fender and I only found out when I reviewed the final bill and payment. It would have been nice to know that before it was completed.

From start to finish everything went amazingly well. I have only one question, and that involves my tire repair tool kit. They worked on the front of my car and my tool kit under the trunk is removed from storage and left lying in the trunk. I am unable to figure out why?
