We were very happy with the quality of work that your collision team performed on our car repair, but my only disappointment was that we had request for a specific type of hood be put back on the car and this did not happen. I even sent a photo of this hood we wanted put on the car to the guy that provided the quote and he said that this would not be a problem.
Again, your team was great in every other aspect and this disappointment will not stop me from coming back to this collision center.
I did not say anything to Lexi about this when we picked up the car only because my wife just wanted to get her car back.
