I was told that surface scratches would be buffed out and they clearly were not. Yet, my invoice shows 125.00 for buffing and polishing. It is an inconvenience to get the car back in but I will do so as my service rep suggested.

I called before I arrived to pick up my Escalade. I asked specifically if the car was clean and shined and ready to go for I had appointments right after and could not wait on getting the car cleaned. They said the car was clean and ready. When I arrived, the car was clean on the inside but was not on the outside...it had dried muddy rain drops all over the car along with trash in the back area that was theirs that they left behind. I expressed my disappointment and they insisted they run it quickly thru the car wash...it took a few minutes to wait, which I did not want to do...when I finally received it, the car was wet and not wiped down anywhere...They promised the car was clean, again it wasn't. I expected better from Crest.

Mr.Larry **** was thee most awsum person to deal with, had a very calming presents.
