Repairs weren’t the best, car still has dents and paint is coming off, back bumper was taken off so they could attempt to fix quarter panel but bumper wasn’t sat back on properly and isn’t sitting flush.

My car windows had evidently been left open and the inside of my vehicle was covered in dust...lots of dust. Also, the back end of my vehicle, around the license plate wwas scratched...which I didn't catch when taking delivery

I dropped off my car Dec 14 and didn't get it back until January 18th. A whole month without my car, I was left out of contact on the progress of my car whether repair has been done or not. The number my adjuster gave me that he said was his direct line, was not; He kept calling from different numbers from the office. I would have to call the office front desk to get into contact with my adjuster. To continue, my adjuster was slow in his work to get the repair of my car started. I was told it was the insurance holding the progress only to be told by the insurance,that they have sent everything my adjuster asked for everytime he reached out; When confronted by me on this he would say " Oh sorry I didn't see that, must of slipped by me" when that email the insurance sent , was a week before. Overall, my experience with bell collision center was not pleasant and frustrating; To end my feedback, my car was also not checked throughly by the collision center before and after repair. I have paint that needs to be buffed out and my quarter panel on the driver side was not checked to see if it needed repair, when it does after taking it to auto body repair expert who works at an autobody shop.
