The repair was great. I really appreciate the loaner truck. The only issue I had was the lack of communication to me from service advisor. The only updates was when I called. Just keep customers up do date on status of repair especially when it was at your shop for over six weeks

It all worked out in the end

They updated me frequently and were very friendly and professional when I picked up my vehicle.

Looks like some buffing was missed on the front bumper that was part of the repair.
