LEEANN **** At the collision center was amazing. She worked with me over a 4 week period to repair my Nissan Murano. I am new to the state of TX and instantly felt welcomed by LeeAnn. Dustin was polite and true to his word. Part was ready the following day and he actually snapped it on! Very pleased.

I left my car with clear details from the accident that it drives rough. Particularly on the rear driver side since I was hit on the rear driver side. Shoed the rep as well explain it sounds and feels as though I have a flat but I don't. And if you look at it the interior around the tire is pushed forward from the impact and the tire is bent inward. After picking up my vehicle and noticing the only thing fixed was the bumper. The alignment did not fix the problem. I brung the car back the tech and associate both drove the car and feel and hear what I feel and hear but obviously did not investigate the problem because Progressive said they only fixing the bumper it was a minor accident. And I can't prove it from their client. I feel had Trophy investigated the issue when dropped it off I wouldn't be going back and forth with this insurance company to the point I had to get a lawyer. I do not feel I shouldn't have to pay Trophy to fix my car or to take it apart to find out what the problem is, when I told you upon leaving it. As I explain before the accident I had just left the dealership Sportcity Toyota only 2 lights away before the accident and my car was in great shape and to see Trophy side with the insurance was appalling. Thanks for the $300 new bumper. Very Dissatisfied Customer

Fast and friendly service

They did not fix my truck right the first time, then when I took it back to be corrected Dustin call me and stated that my truck was ready. When I got there to pick it up one of the emblems was missing. Dustin stated that it was an oversight and the new emblem was being ordered.
