My car was totaled, not repaired. I don’t understand why I’m asked to do this survey. I have been in the dark for most of this process. State Farm and Trophy Nissan have not sufficiently kept in communication with me.
I’m not sure what additional charges may still be awaiting me. I’m not sure how any of this is going to resolve. Maybe this should be directed more toward State Farm. However, you asked ME to complete this survey. I feel 99% of this process was conducted between you and State Farm. I’ve been sidelined and in the dark. Maybe ask State Farm to provide your feedback you seek. Don’t keep me in the dark and then ask how well things went. Get your **** together.
