excellent work - appreciation of my time and good support from staff

All my repairs have not been resolved.

I did not have Nissan ABC collision repair my car!

This is the third time I’ve been asked for my feedback. (and the third time I’ve given it ) The customer interface was lacking. I called many times trying to get a status update from the person assigned to be my point of contact, and never had a single phone call returned until I complained to my insurance company and then I still only received one phone call. The actual work was done well, but due to the poor customer service, I asked my insurance company not to refer to ABC Collision in the future.

You left spare in trunk. Had to make special trips to Dealer to have it done

Barry and Mary were helpful and informative. Mary was exceptionally kind and helpful when I first got there after my accident. She went above and beyond to assist me in the process.

Everyone was very kind, and I appreciated the update texts.

I appreciated that our truck was repaired in a reasonable amount of time and also the weekly updates on the progress. The truck looks great and everything seems to be working well, thank you.

Excellent work. Although the repair took longer than I thought it would, it did not take longer than estimated by Abc staff. I was kept informed of the progress.

Hi therr! ???? Hi, yeah, Diego & his team did a fantastic job,,repairing my car,,every detail was addressed,,,the body work was excellent!! I wasn't completely satisfied,,they need to follow- up each week,, it took them a month to replace a bumper & a hood,,on my little car! It seemed like an awfully long time to do a couple simple things on a small car!! I didn't have the money to pay the rental place,,if it went over a month! & the rental doesn't have insurance on it- some one hits me without insurance,,,it's another claim on my insurance,,so there was definitely anxiety,,waiting a month- it took 28 days,,to fix it! However, it's a " volume" thing- they have alot of cars to work on,,they're a popular collision center- & they need to call each week- I had to call them- 1st 2 weeks,,,his assistant followed up last 2 weeks! So,,it's a big city thing,,noones fault- just the way it is, right? So, Diego & his team did a fantastic job on the car- I would use abc Nissan again,,& Diego was a really nice,,friendly guy, who didn't mind helping me,,himself,,& explained everything in great details about what was happening with my car! Lots of businesses anymore,,don't ever answer their phones! So,,thanks again for a job well done,& being there for me Diego! Have a great weekend! ???? tiffiny

Car was completed on time had weekly updates as to status- car has driven as good as before the accident Maggie has done an excellent job

I actually had some fluid leaking out of the front end of the vehicle which seems to have stopped. Is it worth having you take a look at. Car is not overheating, maybe I used the heater and that caused it? I basically do not want to close my insurance claim until I know it is nothing.

Jake and staff was great and made the process eady, less stressful. Would highly recommend ABC Collision.

Maggie was great to work with. Should I need any repairs done again, I will ask for her to be my repair coordinator.
