Maggie went above and beyond to handle all my concerns and eased them with detailed explanations and empathy. A car accident is never a fun experience but Maggie made it a breeze. I appreciate the hardwork of the mechanic as my car looks as good as out of the factory. I was overall amazed how quickly my car got in and started repairs, the whole team got my car back to me sooner than any other shop I called prior. This team needs to be recognized, from the quick response from the front desk, the tow truck that picked me up promptly and dropped me off at the rental, Maggie's updates and effort,I never favored big dealerships but this changed my mind. I'd come back in a heartbeat due to the kindness and overall service. Thank you.

Customer service was terrible. Advisor never called back as promised with updates and it took way to long for a simple repair. Car was filthy with dust and overspray inside and out when picked up. Very dissatisfied.

I picked up my car with **** mile to make to a gas station. My car was very dirty from the body shop . The plastic piece on the side door was not put on. I have been trying to get in contact with Jacob the general manager have not got a response. I spoke with Maggie who was very unprofessional and very rude.
