You don't need to contact me. Just know that it's confusing and also disappointing for a customer to receive notifications for two weeks saying your car is almost ready when it isn't. Just say you're working on it and that you'll update when it's ready instead of continuous false promises. I worked in sales. Always under-promise and over-deliver.

When I went to pick up my car on Saturday they told me they had accidentally left one of the lights on so it had drained my battery but to keep the car running for 15min & it should be fine . That was not the case . All weekend my car struggled to turn on & yesteray when I get to go turn it on it won’t turn on at all . So irresponsible . I should not have been told to go pick up my car until this was fixed . Now I’m without a car until I can get picked up & taken to go charge my battery .

The employees who handled the estimates were intelligent and reasonable in their discussion of what would probably be done and what might need to be done. Pacific elite was the third estimate, and by far the most professional. I appreciated the text updates on the work… Their repair work and color match are perfect. they also made the aspects of needing and returning a rental easier. Their staff were personable and professional. I also noted the professional behavior and the attention to safety of workers I saw moving between buildings and using the parking area. The waiting area was clean and well supplied. This is the perfect solution to the unfortunate result of damage to one’s auto, personable and professional with the skills and the technical knowledge and equipment to do the work right.

Itwas ok because it seem like you try to safe your coin more than a good service. I I have to pay for everything that you asked me to pay but when you have to fix it if you don't do everything that you have to do to take care of my problem from the accident. I have been a royal customer for a long time but when I have these accident it is really make me feel disappointed at Geico so I think I will look for another car insurance that they can Pro why I better service in the future.
