Prompt and professional. Noticed some gap issues upon pick up. They immediately took the car back to the shop to get it fixed. Will have the car a little longer but they're making it right.

Greg Elliott and his staff are fantastic. I was just there for a part of my fusion that the paint needed buffed. They fixed the problem immediately. Would recommend them to anyone that needs body work done.

There is a statement placed on your wall that reads "We may meet by accident but our expert technicians will have you on the road in no time". This statement is close but misses the mark. You need to adjust to highlight the fact that your customers, whether driving a ford or not, will receive the most impressive customer experience of their lives. My wife got into a small accident and cracked the front bumper of our dodge and bent the tip of the hood about a ****/4 of an inch. My insurance company listed Baierl Ford as an approved collision center and as it was closest to my home I thought I would give you a shot. From the start I was impressed. The team took their time to evaluate the damage and wrote up and estimate. Greg, the estimator, then instructed me to feel free to take the car anywhere I felt comfortable having the repairs done, pretty good start of no pressure sales. As the hood is aluminum and Ford is now the experts in aluminum I felt pretty comfortable in the team there completing the repairs. Greg then asked when I could bring it in and we set up an appointment on the spot. Here is where we begin. In conversation I spoke to Greg about some of the issues I was having with the Dodge, namely the AWD light coming on and the Dodge dealer I was working with basically telling me to figure it out. I told him how I was able to replicate the issue and he told me, to my great surprise, he would happily look into it while they had the car in for repairs and let me know what they find. WHAT?!?! The Ford dealership helping diagnose my Dodge far better than the Dodge dealer. Wait it gets better. I get a call two days later and Greg informs me that the bumper came out of paint and he noticed a small imperfection that he wasn't happy with. He asked if I would be ok with them keeping the car for another couple days to order in a new bumper and get it done right. WHAT?!?! A company that takes pride in their work and isn't trying to just push the cars through and collect the cash?? ... Wait there's more. Greg calls back a day later and tells me that the R/T stripes they ordered in don't exactly match the shine of the original, so he called a vinyl expert that he works with and asked him to come out and look at it. He was promised that the graphics would be able to be duplicated but I would have to bring it back for a couple hours later in the week, giving time to print up the graphics... Yeah you would think that was good enough, nope there is more. When I pick up my car Greg tells me that he was able to duplicate the AWD light and pulled the code. He then called two Dodge dealers and told them about the situation attempting to get it corrected before I picked up the car. Neither had space for an immediate appt so he wrote down the error code that was showing, got the dodge dealers availability and wrote down all the information for me to make an appt that fit my schedule. This is getting out of hand and I am pretty amazed at this point. A few days go by and I get the call that the vinyl is ready and asked when I could bring the car in. I said tomorrow, Greg said great and he would be ready for me. The graphics are removed and replaced in a timely manner and I get the call that the car is being detailed and is ready when I am. When I arrive the paperwork is ready and the car is shining like new. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with any dealer for any reason. FANTASTIC JOB!! With that said, Greg and the Baierl team have locked in a customer. I own a GMC and a Dodge, all service moving forward will be performed at this Ford dealership and when I am ready for my next vehicle rest assured it will be a Baierl Ford! This was my first Collision experience ever. Didn't know what to expect and was nervous about what might happen... Brett was terrific!!! He explained everything before it happened and kept me informed as time went on. Very Pleased. Regards Steve McDonald

I expected the repair to the damaged area to be satisfactory, but I was thrilled by the attention to detail and the effort that went into making my 7-year-old vehicle look remarkably like new. My thanks to Greg Elliott, Brett, and especially the technician(s) who did such an outstanding job.
