I liked the emailed updates as the work progressed. We were impressed as well that the inside of the car was thoroughly cleaned, even though no work needed to be done to the inside of the car. My thanks to Mr. Story for helping with the rental car issue I had the morning I dropped the car off. He helped get things straightened out in short order.

They estimated the work would take 3 days to repair. After scheduleing the work 3 weeks in advance to shorten the time they would have the vehicle by having the materials ahead of time it took 9 working days to complete this work. As the days went on they never informed me what the status was on the repairs as I had to call each day to find out. After the 1st week of not having completed, they had to rent a vehicle for me which I had to go pick up myself and take my own time along with another family member to get the rental and when having to return it. I went by the shop after the 5th day because an item was needed and they had replaced the wrong door handle that was needed to be replaced. They replaced a handle that had nothing wrong with it and the broken one that was just hanging there was not. They then had to order the correct part for that door. Today I got an email from Hare collision asking if I had picked up my vehicle today! I picked my vehicle up 6 days ago. I do not wish to get a phone call from anyone about the experience because I do not wish to discuss with them. I will not be bringing any future business there and will direct anyone that asks to not go there. I usually do not banish establishments like this but nothing about them was professional or pleasant.
